You'll receive a comprehensive intake form to complete at your own pace before your visit. This covers your full medical history, current symptoms, medications, and health goals.
After completing your intake, book a time that works for you via the Sigma app. All visits are conducted via a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform.
Your visit with Dr. Ali includes a full review of your history, a thorough evaluation, lab recommendations if indicated, and a personalized care plan tailored to your specific needs and goals.
